Saturday, March 1: Marquette High School standout Connor Throneberry’s college team wins to VCU Rams

On Saturday, March 1, former Marquette High School standout Connor Throneberry’s current college team, the Penn State Nittany Lions, won 16-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the VCU Rams.

The game took place at The Diamond. This was their first matchup against the Rams this season.

The Nittany Lions’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 1 p.m. at Plumeri Park against William & Mary Tribe.
