Saturday, March 8: Lafayette Senior High School standout Xander Schmitt’s college team wins to Milwaukee Panthers

On Saturday, March 8, former Lafayette Senior High School standout Xander Schmitt’s current college team, the Kansas Jayhawks, won 9-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Milwaukee Panthers.

The game took place at Equity Bank Park. This was their third matchup against the Panthers this season.

The Jayhawks’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 9 at 1 p.m. at Hoglund Ballpark against Milwaukee Panthers.
