Ann Wagner, U.S. Congresswoman representing Missouri’s 2nd district since 2013, has recently highlighted key developments and meetings relevant to her constituents through several posts on social media.
On September 9, 2025, Wagner extended congratulations to a new federal judge for the region, writing, "Congratulations to Maria Lanahan on her confirmation to be U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri! She is another extraordinary choice by President Trump who will capably serve the public and ensure our laws are upheld and our community here in Missouri remains".
The following day, September 10, 2025, Wagner discussed her engagement with a local company specializing in geospatial technology. She stated, "I appreciated meeting with Surdex to discuss their cutting-edge geospatial tech and aerial surveying expertise that are vital for everything from disaster response to infrastructure planning here in Missouri. Their aerial imaging support after May's tornado was critical for".
Later on September 10, Wagner also acknowledged the efforts of healthcare professionals in her state. She posted, "I met with Missouri Children’s Hospitals this week to discuss the important work they do to help families and ensure that children are happy and healthy. I appreciate all they do to support our community with high-quality services."
Wagner has represented Missouri’s 2nd Congressional District since replacing Todd Akin in 2013. Born in St. Louis in 1962 and currently residing in Ballwin, she earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Missouri in 1984.
