Congresswoman Ann Wagner (R-MO) has issued a statement following the inauguration of Donald J. Trump as the 47th President of the United States. In her statement, she expressed optimism about the new administration and its potential impact on national policies.

“It’s a new day in Washington with President Donald Trump back in the saddle and ready to make American strong again," said Wagner. She attended the inauguration ceremony and praised both President Trump and Vice President Vance for their readiness to address what she described as "reckless policies" from the previous administration.

Wagner highlighted Trump's immediate actions on his first day in office, noting, “President Trump wasted no time today and immediately got to work for the American people by signing Executive Orders that kept his promises on the border, addressed inflation, and reversed aimlessly liberal policies that have constrained our energy industry."

She expressed her willingness to collaborate with the new administration, stating, "I look forward to working with President Trump and Vice President Vance on these important issues so we can restore American strength, unleash energy independence here at home, and fight for our conservative values.”

The statement reflects Wagner's support for Trump's policy direction and her commitment to advancing conservative principles during his presidency.
