Congresswoman Ann Wagner, representing Missouri and serving as Chair of the Financial Services Subcommittee on Capital Markets, expressed her satisfaction following the passage of a 19-bill agenda by the Financial Services Committee. The bills were advanced with bipartisan support.

Wagner stated, "As Chairman of the Capital Markets Subcommittee, I am beyond proud of the 19-bill agenda advanced yesterday, on a bipartisan basis, through the Financial Services Committee." She emphasized that this legislative package aims to eliminate unnecessary bureaucratic obstacles and enhance access for retail investors. According to Wagner, these efforts are intended to strengthen the financial future for Americans.

She further remarked on the significance of capital formation in fostering economic growth: "Strong and sustainable capital formation is the heart of a growing and prosperous economy." Wagner looks forward to bringing these bills to the House floor and continuing her subcommittee's work in delivering meaningful outcomes for constituents both in Missouri and nationwide.
